This position requires open availability and fluency in English-Spanish or English-Russian to effectively serve our diverse clientele. As the face of our eyewear store, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience—helping customers find the perfect pair of glasses or sunglasses while driving sales and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet customers and assist them in selecting eyewear that suits their style, needs, and prescription requirements Provide expert knowledge on lenses, frames, and sunglass features through engaging product demonstrations Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, restocking merchandise and ensuring attractive product displays Accurately process transactions at the register, handling cash, credit with care and professionalism Clearly explain product options, ongoing promotions, and store policies to support informed purchasing decisions Use basic retail math and attention to detail to support inventory management and sales tracking Answer customer calls promptly and professionally, providing helpful and courteous service Work collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive, welcoming environment Qualifications Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Russian (required) Familiarity with POS systems or cash handling is beneficial Passion for fashion, customer service, and a willingness to learn about optical products Why Join Us?
