Job Summary As a Member Experience Associate, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall experience for our members. Your role will involve engaging with customers, assisting them with their needs, and promoting products that align with their interests. You will play a crucial part in creating a welcoming environment that encourages member loyalty and satisfaction. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting members warmly and assisting them with inquiries. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services effectively. Operate the cash register and manage transactions accurately using the POS system. Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and accessible. Communicate product knowledge to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Assist in retail sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate items. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all members. Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Familiarity with gym operations is a plus. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately. Experience using cash registers and POS systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
