Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
Create a pleasant and engaging experience for every customer.
Product Knowledge:
Assist walk-in customers with detailed information about our products and services, including design, projects, large equipment, small wares, and paper goods.
Inquiry Response:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and in-store visits.
Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed annual sales targets, focusing on profitability, inventory turnover, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Execution:
Implement strategic plans to meet sales goals as directed by the Retail Sales Manager.
Customer Relationships:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, and work to expand our customer base.
Needs Assessment:
Understand customers’ business needs and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
Industry Awareness:
Stay informed about industry trends and category-specific landscapes.
Reporting:
Report weekly to management and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
CRM Utilization:
Complete daily scorecard reports and utilize our CRM system extensively.

Monday- Friday 8:30-5:30
Job Type:

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
