Role:

We are looking for a reliable, outgoing individual with strong customer service skills and the confidence to sell and educate customers about our tanning services and membership options. This is a sales-forward environment — if you’re not comfortable speaking with clients and offering products or services, this role may not be the right fit. This is not a spa. The salon has an upbeat, fast-paced, and energetic atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy setting and can multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers Educate clients on tanning packages, products, and membership options Perform sales transactions (cash and credit card handling) Maintain cleanliness of tanning equipment and salon space Handle laundry and general organization Open and/or close the salon as scheduled Work independently and occasionally alongside other staff members

Schedule:

We are hiring for a variety of shifts:

Weekdays :

10am-6pm (MUST) , 4pm-9pm(Coverage Only) , or full day 10am-9pm(coverage only)

Weekends :

Coverage only. Some flexibility may be discussed during the interview process. We are also looking for someone who is a true team player and able to pick up shifts when needed.

Requirements:

Must live in or near Rockland County, NY or Bergen County, NJ Friendly, confident, and comfortable with sales Ability to work independently and responsibly Long-term availability – not a temporary or seasonal opportunity
