In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming park environment, promoting products, and ensuring that inventory is well-stocked and organized. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales role and possess strong sales skills, including upselling techniques. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell products to enhance the customers experience. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately while ensuring a smooth checkout process. Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on shelves and restocking items as needed. Perform basic math calculations for transactions. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the park to create an inviting customer atmosphere. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively upsell products. Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and inventory tasks. Experience with cash handling procedures is essential. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
