Role:

We’re hiring a versatile, experienced, and entrepreneurial-minded Store Operator who can manage all aspects of the shop independently. This is more than a typical retail job — it’s ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a self-directed environment, and wants a chance to grow with a business from the inside out.

Responsibilities:

Operate the POS (Point-of-Sale) system accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service and proactively drive sales Manage day-to-day store operations independently Monitor and maintain inventory levels Track products and assist with restocking Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting Handle cash and card transactions responsibly Communicate effectively with the owner as needed Contribute to marketing, promotions, and budgeting strategies
