As an Inside Sales Associate , you’ll play a critical role in driving sales growth by engaging customers through warm and outbound calls. You’ll work closely with our sales team to provide technical support, process orders, and resolve customer issues. Inside Sales Associate:

Uses computer database to research availability of merchandise. Fills customer orders from stock or prepares transfer from other location. Work with sales to take off and submit job quotes. Provide technical support to the sales organization, including monitoring shipping, deliver and return status, as required. Enter and follow orders until they are successfully delivered to the customer on time. Handle incoming customer requests for bids and product information, equipment specifications and applications selections. Provide post-sale follow-up and support as required. Work with customers, sales, and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues as they arise. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications of the

Inside Sales Associate:

HVAC background is required. Strong communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Good computer skills and common software literacy. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Solid critical thinking, problem-solving and planning skills. High level of personal accountability; sense of urgency and self-initiative is a must. Highly motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal direction required from management. A working knowledge of residential and commercial products, including replacement configurations, substitutions, and sell-up strategies, is highly desired. Professional phone etiquette. Exceptional communications skills complete with ability to follow through. High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years’ experience. College Degree preferred but not required.

$25.00 – $28.00 per hour
