About the Role The Inside Sales Associate will exhibita positive, friendly and helpful attitude with customers, have theability to manage and grow existing accounts, and pursue newbusiness accounts. What You’ll Do Selling, marketing, promoting,and demonstrating products Increasing business by generating salesto new customers and by selling additional products to existingcustomers Pursuing product applications by utilizing personalknowledge, internal specialist/resources, vendor representativesand other available sources. Establishing and maintaining customerrelationships. Learning and evaluating customer operations to aidin identifying customer objectives, requirements, and preferences.

Processing product quotations in conjunction with inside salescounterparts and provide continuous follow up throughout thecompletion of the customer’s purchasing cycle. This position willrequire travel within an assigned territory. Must be able tooperate a motor vehicle and have a current driver’s license andgood driving record. What You’ll Bring High School Diploma orequivalent Industrial and/or Commercial experience preferred.

Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ship to shore craneknowledge Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, andthe ability to drive decisions with influence.
