PM Pay:

$18-20/hour base with commission: $10,000-$20,000 = 10% $20,000-$50,000 = 15% $50,000+ = 20%

Overview:

An established electronics and aerospace parts distributor in Hauppauge, NY is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on driving sales through outbound cold-calling, researching new opportunities, engaging with procurement teams, and building long-term client relationships.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Includes a 1-hour lunch break and two 10-minute breaks daily

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cold-calling to generate new business leads Research and identify potential clients in targeted markets Build and maintain a growing client base Engage with procurement departments to understand product needs and present tailored solutions Close sales and manage follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction Track activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior sales experience, especially in B2B or technical environments Existing book of business is a plus, but not required Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a small, collaborative team setting
