Model/Sales Associate Coram Med Spa Coram, NY 11727 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong background in retail sales, with the ability to engage customers and drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while ensuring that store operations run smoothly. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash handling and transactions. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. Support supervisory staff in training new team members and maintaining store standards. Utilize retail math skills to manage pricing, discounts, and inventory levels effectively. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base. Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus. Experience with cash handling and POS systems is beneficial. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
