The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and design and a strong understanding of customer service. Duties Help maintain clean workspaces Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for decoration projects. Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders as necessary, and ensuring that all materials are organized Requirements Proven experience in sales or retail sales, preferably within a decorating or design context. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions and ensure client satisfaction. Familiarity with inventory control processes and retail math principles. Creative mindset with an eye for design trends and aesthetics.
