Responsibilities Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a welcoming environment. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. The ability to work well with others in a team environment. A passion for sports and familiarity with related equipment. Requirements Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures. Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends are a must.
