Retail Budtender Dryden Dispensary Dryden, NY 13053 Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs. Your expertise in cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods will help create a welcoming and informative environment for our customers. Duties Assist customers with product selection based on their preferences and needs. Provide detailed information about various cannabis strains, products, and their effects. Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products. Supervise and train new staff members as needed. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Utilize phone etiquette to assist customers who reach out via phone inquiries. Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty. Qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in a retail or grocery store setting. Strong cash handling skills and experience managing transactions.
