⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Customer Contact (RYE) Fogama Japanese Cuisine compensation: $25 plus tips employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Customer Contact Presitage Japanese restaurant located in Rye seeking a friendly & professional individual to join our team as FOH support. If you enjoy interacting with customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. Job responsibilities includes answer telephone calls for takeout & pick up orders. Greet & assist customers picking up orders. Manage reservations & ensure a smooth seating process. Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests. Must have 5 yrs experience in hospitality industry, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and stay orgainzied under pressure.
