The Wine Cellar Group is looking for a friendly, upbeat Retail Wine Sales and ECommerce Associate to provide exceptional customer service while supporting daily operations and managing inventory. If you’re ready for a part-time role that combines physical activity with customer interaction, we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do (Retail Duties): Greet and assist customers with wine selections. Process sales transactions using a POS system. Assist with unpacking, lifting, and repacking 35+ lb boxes to ensure inventory is stocked and ready. Help with inventory management and restocking shelves. Maintain awareness of promotions and product offerings. Build rapport with customers for an outstanding shopping experience. What You May Do (Warehouse & ECommerce Duties): May assist with processing, packaging, and shipping orders from our Elmsford warehouse. Load/unload items with proper handling and timely transfers. Organize stock, inspect products, and ensure proper labeling and storage. Restock the Rye Brook store with deliveries from the warehouse.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry 35-40 lb cases regularly. Physical stamina for an 8+ hour shift. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if needed for transport). Why Join Us?

Must be 21 years of age or older. Wine knowledge and previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.
