We are currently seeking a reliable, personable, and service-driven part-time sales associate to join our team. This individual will play an integral role in creating a welcoming in-store experience, educating customers, and supporting day-to-day retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide courteous, knowledgeable, and professional customer service Assist customers with wine and spirits selections, offering informed recommendations based on their preferences and occasions Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our inventory, including tasting notes, regions, and producer stories Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately, handling transactions and returns Assist with merchandising and maintaining visual standards throughout the store Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor and stock areas Participate in in-store tastings, promotions, and events as needed Support management with inventory counts, deliveries, and special orders Follow all legal guidelines and company policies regarding the sale of alcohol

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Interest in or knowledge of wine and spirits is highly desirable (training will be provided)
