Iron Health is a privately owned Wellness and Physical Therapy practice with four locations in Westchester, NY (Briarcliff Manor, Ardsley, and Peekskill) and Stamford, CT! Our company was founded on the values of providing quality one-on-one care through exercise focused recovery combined with manual approaches. Each session is 40 minutes, working one-on-one with our patients! The Sales Associate role assists in running all “front of house” operations for Iron Health, with a strong focus on premium customer service as well as meeting sales production expectations. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and basic sales experience. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the clinic, including: Program & Membership sales Self Pay Conversions Efficient Patient Scheduling Maintaining premium customer service level

SALES ASSOCIATE JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

Establishes and maintains an effective referral program Maintains accurate records using established Iron Health sales systems. Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer service calls Greets patients and clients promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive environment Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area Responsible for processing transactions Responds immediately to patient requests, inquiries and concerns. Proper on-boarding all patients / clients Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Iron Health meetings

SALES ASSOCIATE JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent customer service skills Previous sales experience preferred Solid verbal and written communication skills required Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment. Functional computer skills required – Google Workspace, Internet, Basic computer program software use Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred High school diploma required. Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment
