Utilize sales techniques to upsell additional products and services that enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed. Process transactions accurately using basic math skills for retail sales. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance and support in their roles. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or retail sales environments is preferred.
