Primary Responsibilities:
- + Assist hospital visitors, patients, and guests with directions, information, and general support, including handling calls and enforcing visitor policies.
+ Issue and manage various badges and access cards, ensuring compliance with hospital guidelines. + Respond to medical and security emergencies, follow mandatory reporting procedures, and respect patient confidentiality. + Serve as a hospital liaison, addressing concerns, assisting families, and training new employees and volunteers. + Manage lobby upkeep, floral deliveries, lost-and-found items, and guest amenities. + Provide transportation assistance, including wheelchair transport, bus tickets, cab arrangements, and car seat loans. + Process pre-admit patients and maintain accurate records of support services. + Handle parking transactions and financial deposits for Brinks pickup. + Completion of High school diploma or GED equivalent. + 1 year Greeter experience or equivalent work experience. + Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to transport patients.
