Responsibilities:

Represent our brand in retail settings, engaging with customers to promote our products/services and drive sales. Attend Pittsburgh events including sporting events, concerts, beer and wine festivals, tradeshows, food festivals and engage in the promotion of our clients products and services on site. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and management to ensure product visibility and sales success. Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to create a positive shopping experience for customers. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to maximize earnings and contribute to the overall success of the team. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in retail sales, event management, marketing, human resources, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
