We have three locations and are seeking team members to work in our Downtown and Strip District locations.

Job Description love, Pittsburgh is hiring for the position of Pittsburgh Devotee, our Retail Sales Associates. A Pittsburgh Devotee is a sales position that connects shoppers from in and outside of Pittsburgh with the talented local artists and makers carried by love, Pittsburgh. A Devotee is here to welcome our visitors, and make our local shoppers feel even more at home, by introducing them to the treasures Pittsburgh has to offer. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining product displays, and contributing to a welcoming store environment. Our best fit for this position will commit to working a minimum of three months (longer-term employment is preferred) and are available weekends, weekdays, and evenings. Must be available to work during key holiday dates such as but not limited to Black Friday weekend. Demonstrate product knowledge and conduct engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and promotions. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including restocking shelves as needed. Train junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and share important information. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone. Interact 1:1 with customers and provide excellent customer service Build relationships with repeat customers Store opening and closing procedures and processing product deliveries Regular store cleaning, maintenance, and straightening Use of point of sale system for ringing transactions Restocking Packing and shipping online orders Merchandising and creating product displays Following up with customers on in-stock requests Working on special projects to gain experience in areas of your interest Be an ambassador for our city and welcome its visitors and locals alike Job details Part-time position 20

• 30 hours per week, must be available a minimum of 3 shifts per week. Wage rate of $13
• 15/hour, prior retail experience preferred Must have availability on both weekdays and weekends between the hours of 9:30am
• 6:30pm or evening shifts from 4:00pm
