Summary As a Retail Sales Associate at Joe Ball GMC, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while assisting clients in selecting their ideal vehicles. Your contributions will directly support our mission of being the the best GMC dealer in Pittsburgh! 42-45hr work week, on average. Off a weekday, work 9-3 on Saturday, off Sunday.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Provide product demonstrations and detailed information about vehicle features. Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, ensuring a smooth transaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. Stay informed about new products, promotions, and dealership policies.
Preferred Experience:
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles. Strong upselling skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
