Sales Associate Lexmar USA 627 Market Street, McKeesport, PA 15132 General Purpose Responsible for greeting/ assisting clients in their selection of countertop material. Estimate cost of countertops based on customer-provided information, or field measurements. Scheduling of templates and installations. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Falls under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager set individual sales targets for yourself Acquire and maintain new customer accounts assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals co-ordinate and monitor sales activity investigate lost sales and customer accounts record, track, collate and interpret sales figures forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue Work closely with shop foreman and lead installer to schedule templates and installs Assist with developing pricing schedules and rates Help formulate sales policies and procedures conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis analyze data to identify sales opportunities develop promotional ideas and material attend trade meetings and industry conventions cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts Develop and Maintain Client and Vendor relationships Education and Experience experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy technical sales skills proven experience in customer relationship management knowledge of market research relevant product and industry knowledge experience with relevant software applications Key Competencies for Sales excellent written and verbal communication skills excellent customer service organization and planning problem analysis and problem-solving information management formal presentation skills persuasiveness adaptability innovation judgment decision-making Salary + commision based on experience and performance
