Sales, Retail, and Customer Service Associate Incline Marketing Executives, Inc Shadyside, PA 15213 Launch your career in brand representation and customer engagement! Incline Marketing Executives is on the lookout for passionate, driven individuals to join our retail marketing team as a Sales & Customer Support Representative. In this full-time, W2 role, you’ll work inside major retail locations, engaging face-to-face with customers and promoting clean energy solutions from nationally recognized brands. As the frontline connection between our clients and the community, you’ll help educate customers, offer tailored recommendations, and guide them through plan options that make both environmental and financial sense. This is not door-to-door or cold calling—your interactions will happen entirely within retail stores where customers are already active and curious.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Represent clean energy brands in-store, speaking directly with customers Listen, connect, and recommend personalized energy solutions Explain service plans, answer questions, and guide enrollments Support promotional events and drive awareness of sustainability initiatives Collaborate with your team to hit daily and weekly sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

Strong people skills and a friendly, confident personality Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus—but not required Must be comfortable working full-time hours in a retail environment High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework a bonus) Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
