$28.4K – $36.2K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Entry level Full Job Description As a sales associate, you will be designing and bidding on projects. This position is working with customer quote requests received via phone or our website. It does not involve cold calling. At the beginning of employment, this position will require part time work on the landscape and hardscape crews to learn the details of our trade. Responsibilities & Requirements of the position: Conducting phone interviews with potential clients Meeting clients for jobsite consultations Designing landscapes, landscape lighting, & outdoor living areas Estimating projects Meeting clients for proposal reviews The ideal candidate will: Enjoy being a valued team member Build positive and collaborative relationships Able to lead the conversation Be people-oriented
JOB CHARACTERISTICS
Each day different from the next; especially in personal interactions Fast-paced environment Multiple projects going simultaneously. Very socially-focused; requires “how can I help you?” attitude Lots of attention spent on building and maintaining relationships, especially where helping, not pressuring, others fosters the relationship.
