While this is a remote position, some travel to our home office in Fallsington, PA, will be expected for key meetings and training. About the

Role:

This is a critical role for an individual passionate about driving sales and expanding market share. You will be responsible for strategically growing our business by: Developing and nurturing strong relationships with distribution partners. Directly engaging and selling to end-users across various industries. Leveraging your uncanny ability to connect with and sell to the thriving at-home DIY crafting community. Maximizing sales opportunities through our robust online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the decorative and sign vinyl markets. Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations (virtually and in-person as needed). Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments. Utilize CRM software and other sales tools effectively. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback.

Job Qualifications:

High school education or equivalent work experience is needed. Proven track record of aggressive sales success, preferably in the decorative film, sign vinyl, or related industries. Demonstrated ability to sell to both B2B (distribution) and B2C (end-user, especially DIY crafters) segments. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, virtual communication tools (e.g., video conferencing), and online sales platforms. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a remote environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to travel periodically to the home office in Fallsington, PA.
