The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of water safety, swim skills, as well as a high level of professionalism and comfort speaking on the phone and engaging in email & text. There are no cold calls – only families that have reached out to us and families that have previously taken lessons with us. The Director of Aquatics will train you on all sales processes, software, and department specific items you may not already know about swimming! Duties Following pre-determined lead follow up formula Creates and communicates with list of inactive clients Schedules Initial Swim Evaluation and/or Swim Lesson Limited upselling determining Group Vs Private Lessons, as well as lessons 1-3 times a week Communication with all new leads until scheduled Processes initial billing to ensure payment information is secured and your commission is applied Skills Strong written communication skills for email & text Comfort talking on the phone for 10-15 minutes at a time Organized and detail Personable Knowledgeable about swimming! Join our team as a Sales Associate where your contributions will make a significant impact on our customers’ experiences! Payscale After initial training at $14/hr, the Swim Sales Associate will be paid a flat commission per client sold at $20 per sale for all new swim clients. Clients returning after 6-months are paid $15 per client. Hours After initial training, work hours can be flexible allowing for afternoon & evening calls, as well as weekend work. We find that most client families want to talk either before 1:00 PM, or after 4:00 PM on weekdays, as well as weekends anywhere between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Additional Opportunity We are looking to grow our CPR and Lifeguard course programming. Sales opportunity for this are upcoming and can be trained!
