Part-Time Sales Associate North Crate & Co. 2906 Oklahoma Salem Road, DuBois, PA 15801 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail sales environment and possess strong sales skills, including upselling techniques. Commission paid on furniture sales that we make locally next door. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations for our custom furniture and decor.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Perform cash handling duties, including operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately. Qualifications
• Previous experience in retail sales. Preferred but not required
• Computer and Phone skills
• Microsoft Excel & Email. Preferred but not required
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and comfortable using a cash register / POS.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
