Customer Service Representative

• Camp Hill Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Express Employment Professionals is assisting our Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg-based clients to identify and hire multiple qualified customer service representatives to support their operations and sales teams.

Taking orders, entering orders, confirmation of order accuracy, accepting payments, follow up on order status, answer customer questions and ensure customer satisfaction. Pay Rates start at $15

• $21 per hour! These are all Mon
• Fri first shift roles.

Duties :

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
• Take, enter and process accurate product orders.
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Skills:

• Retail math: Ability to perform basic calculations related to retail operations such as discounts, markups, and profit margins.
