Customer Service/Sales Support Associate Position Available In Dauphin, Pennsylvania

Job Description Job Description Customer Service/Sales Support Associate Harrisburg Pa company looking to add a Customer Service/Sales Support Associate to their team. Located on Linglestown Road, you will provide customer service to both external and internal customers with exceptional service and support. Mon-Fri schedule 8:30AM – 5:00PM, $50-$55K DOE, after training potential to work remote two days a week.

Responsibilities of Customer Service/Sales Support Associate :

As the voice of the company, you will interact with customers to ensure all questions are answered, communication may be over the phone, via email or in person Support Sales team in preparing Sales Orders Review orders for accuracy and all aspects of the order is correct Assist salesperson with quotes, correction of orders, shipping samples, corresponding with vendors Work closely with sales team to gain knowledge of vendors, states, taxes and tariffs when applicable Process warehouse orders Communicate order updates, delivery status and any other pertinent information to customer Work with salesperson on order inventory Assist with international and domestic packages and documents Required Customer Service/Sales Support Associate Microsoft Office, 365, Excel and Canva Previous experience with an emphasis on customer service skills Ability to multitask

Compensation:

• Salary $50,000-$55,000 DOE
• Schedule Monday – Friday 8:30Am-5:00PM
• After training Potential to Work remote two days a week
