Patient Liaison Glow Laser & Beauty Center 5401 Peach Street, Erie, PA 16509 Responsibilities Help patients navigate the aesthetics process and serve as their guide between our providers and patients to ensure excellent care and exceptional results Medical Receptionist-type tasks Room patients, prep procedures, and clean rooms Confirm and reschedule appointments Make consistent phone calls to new and existing clients Schedule appointments for new and existing clients via phone call, email, text, and in-person Identify potential new clients through research and networking efforts Meet with potential clients to discuss their needs and the products or services offered by the medspa Present the features and benefits of the medspa’s products and services in a clear and persuasive manner Close sales by handling objections, answering questions and addressing concerns Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues Keep track of sales and customer information using a customer relationship management (CRM) system Meet or exceed sales targets set by the medspa Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products or services offered by the medspa. About us We are seeking a motivated and experienced Patient Liaison to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated problem solver who works in a fast paced work environment. A successful candidate for this position will have experience with setting up new client accounts, understanding product and service features, building rapport with clients, supporting clinicians, coordinating patients in the office, and closing sales.
