Summary The Dispensary Technician is responsible for providing our patients with an extraordinary experience. Responsibilities Patient Intake-Manages the registration and flow of visitors to the dispensary. Advisor-Assists Patients with menu navigation and product selections with excellent customer service practices. Fulfillment-Complete and fill all orders placed within menu ordering system and scan into state mandated point-of sale software ensuring accuracy. POS-Accurate cash handling and execution of sales transactions into the state approved seed to sale system. Housekeeping-Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness ensuring an organized, safe, and germ-free environment. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older and provide the identifying credentials necessary for employment. Must be enthusiastic about being part of a team and passionate about customer service. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Days, Evenings, Weekdays, Weekends, and Holiday working availability is a must. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers. Experience with cash register in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to pass a state and federal background check.
