Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays
• Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor and manage inventory
• Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide assistance
• Basic math skills to perform retail calculations, such as calculating discounts or totaling purchases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to track inventory and sales data
• Knowledge of retail math concepts, such as profit margins and markups
