Telecommunications Sales Associate:
Understand each customer’s unique needs and tailor solutions that highlight the benefits of our products, services, and enrollment process. Gather and analyze customer data to recommend products or services to management. Contribute to team success by supporting office goals and ensuring efficient operations. Foster customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building with customers and other Telecommunications Sales Associates, and in-depth knowledge of our offerings. Communicate with empathy and sincerity while efficiently processing customer orders. Use available tools and strategies to proactively address customer needs, aiming for a seamless resolution on first contact. Meet and surpass performance metrics set by Senior Management, including customer satisfaction, sales results, quality standards, compliance, and productivity within the Telecommunications Sales Associate department. Qualifications We Seek for our
Ideal Telecommunications Sales Associate:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or active pursuit preferred. Demonstrated success in customer service and consultative sales roles. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with the Sales Communications team to meet shared goals. Genuine passion for connecting with people and building authentic relationships. Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced (and fun!) environment alongside other Telecommunications Sales Associates. Dependable and able to commit to full-time, flexible hours. Intuitive, mindful, and grounded with a desire to keep learning.
