Parts Counter Associate Weaver Turf Power Inc. Willow Street, PA 17584 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and supporting retail operations. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures. Maintain organized inventory through effective inventory management practices, including stock replenishment and product displays. Utilize retail math skills to assist in pricing, markdowns, and sales analysis. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a positive shopping experience. Assist in the implementation of store promotions and merchandising strategies. Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking equipment maintenance as needed. Support the team in achieving sales goals through proactive engagement with customers. Work in a fast pace environment that requires multitasking. Experience Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data management is highly desirable. Multilingual abilities are an asset, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Strong cash register operation skills and experience in cash handling are beneficial. A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes within a dynamic retail environment.
