Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and guide them through the appliance selection process Maintain strong knowledge of product features, models, and promotions Explain warranties, financing, and delivery options Achieve individual and team sales goals Keep sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with current products Use POS systems to process transactions accurately Provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of retail or sales experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using technology and learning new systems Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
