Ink Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shifts 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Telford, PA Responsibilities Color pulls for press approvals in support of presses waste and efficiency results Return inks from warehouse and presses. Unload, move to stock locations and complete paperwork for ink and chemical deliveries Stage, load and complete paperwork for hazardous waste shipments. Unload, store and complete paperwork for wash solvent deliveries. Pull and move adhesive components to press mix-meter locations; mix and transport alternate adhesives, as needed Move inks to presses, open drums and mix ink, complete paperwork. Return inks – close and move to ink-room, weigh, complete paperwork and return to stock location Housekeeping in support of solvents and inks to prevent accidents Cycle count inventory Required to cross train in other departments. Other duties as assigned Manage hazardous waste to include satellite accumulation locations in a manner according to federal/state regulation/Fres-co Policies Responsible for the training of new hires and incumbent employees. Perform other work as assigned. Experience/Qualifications Prior ink or printing experience helpful Solid work ethic Able to work independently and coordinate activities to support press needs Prior exposure to personal computers helpful Color discrimination and color match skills required Extensive periods of standing and sitting.

Stooping and bending is necessary Must be able to lift/pull a minimum of 50lbs and leverage up to 400 lbs. via hand truck. Forklift certification Ability to follow standard work procedures and process Responsible for the training of new hires and incumbent employees. Performs other related work as required.
