OVERVIEW
Ourstore teammates are passionate about creating an exceptionalshopping experience for our customers through their eagerness tohelp, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and executionstandards, and ability to prioritize. Greet everyone andproactively approach customers to understand their needs andsupport their shopping experience. Uphold company merchandising andpresentation standards by following established floor sets, signagerequirements, price changes, inventory presentation andreplenishment standards, etc. Promote company programs (i.e.,customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, privatelabel credit card enrollment, etc.). Adhere to established policiesand procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standardoperating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Companyinformation. Create an inclusive store environment where everyone(teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated withrespect. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the teamacross the store. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS
Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focusedexperience preferred. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push,pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 timesper hour). Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours)standing or walking. Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feetwith use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform. Abilityto perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2hours continuously).
