Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS systems, including Aloha POS. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed to guarantee a safe dining experience for customers. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change. Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary techniques is preferred but not required. Experience with cash registers and POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus. Knowledge of food service practices and retail math is advantageous for this role.
