Provide knowledgeable product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Process transactions accurately. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and provide support as needed. Supervise junior staff members when required, fostering a positive team environment. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
