The right candidate is outgoing and motivated to create the best festival experiences for all patrons using our transportation system. What you’ll do Greets all guests at bus drop-off points. Assists with the loading of buses by collecting and/or checking for proper tickets.? Provides directions and information to guests. Sells transportation tickets using a POS.
Job Hours:
Shuttleplatz South
- Saturday, 8/2 & Sunday, 8/3 one opening each day from 4:30p
- 11:30p Shuttleplatz North
- Saturday, 8/9 two openings. 11:30am
- 11:30pm & 4:30pm
- 11:30pm Shifts will be scheduled based on employee availability.
What you’ll need to thrive in this role: Basic math skills. Ability to use an electronic POS System to record sales and process credit/debit transactions. Cash handling experience is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for an extended period and lift 25 lbs. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at a level adequate to perform the job; bi-lingual in Spanish, Chinese or other languages a plus. Complete on-the-job training at a date TBD closer to each event.
