The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team to achieve sales goals. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage time effectively while maintaining a positive work environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their performance and development. Manage cash handling processes, including transactions and reconciliations. Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively for transactions and reporting. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets while promoting a positive shopping experience. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a retail or grocery store setting is preferred. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems and sales processes. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when necessary. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. A commitment to providing outstanding service and fostering a positive atmosphere. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must meet the company performance standards for the job. Must be able to communicate company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfaction manner. Must be able to learn the skills and tools to be able to complete daily tasks. Must complete the companies 90 day probationary period.
