In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in our retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and staff. Your leadership will help drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service. Oversee daily store operations and including cash handling Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement. Qualifications Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred. Strong skills in cash register operation, cash handling, and stock management. Proven ability to upsell products and conduct engaging product demonstrations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must meet the company performance standards for the job. Must be able to communicate company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfaction manner. Must be able to learn the skills and tools to be able to complete daily tasks. Must complete the companies 90 day probationary period.
