Position Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable
- Retail Clerk
- to join our team.
The ideal candidate has prior retail experience, is comfortable using a Point of Sale (POS) system, and enjoys interacting with customers. This is a hands-on role that includes customer service, cash handling, restocking, and keeping our store clean and inviting.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product questions and purchases
- Operate POS system accurately for sales and returns
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and end-of-day balancing
- Restock and organize shelves; ensure products are faced and properly labeled
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store
- Receive and unpack inventory shipments
- Stay informed on products to better serve customer needs
- Assist with merchandising, displays, and other store tasks as neededQualifications
- Prior retail experience, especially with POS systems and cash handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing, lifting (up to 30 lbs), and moving around for extended periods
- Interest or knowledge in natural health products a plus!
