Whether they’re refreshing a room or tackling a big renovation, you’ll guide them in choosing the right paints, stains, primers, and tools while delivering top-notch customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, people-first environment and values doing work that supports the local community. We have part-time and full-time openings for a Sales Associates. Wage is based upon experience. Paint Sales Associates are responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, building sales skills and product knowledge. Effective Paint Sales Associates maximize productivity and profitability by balancing sales and expenses, identifying sales opportunities and setting customer service standards. They must demonstrate knowledge of the store’s purpose and goals. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering helpful solutions. Support customers with product knowledge in the Paint Department—interior and exterior paints, stains, primers, and accessories. Work alongside store leadership to maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked displays. Learn and communicate product features, uses, and safety information. Help maintain inventory accuracy through stocking, facing, and labeling. Lift and carry paint cans and supplies (up to 50 lbs), and be on your feet for most of your shift. Follow store procedures and assist with opening/closing tasks as needed. Must be able to work various shifts and be available rotating weekends (Evening hours: Open until 6pm. Saturday until 5pm. Sunday until 4pm) We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers.
