We’re looking for a dedicated Processing Lead to coordinate daily operations, ensure quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in our processing department.
Pay:
Receive starting pay of $29.50/hr , quarterly bonuses, profit sharing, and a $2,000 hiring bonus after 90 days

90 Grumbacher Road York, Pennsylvania 17404 What you’ll do: Coordinate and delegate daily tasks for processing employees. Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork. Operate and assist with mills, saws, lathes, and inspection trestles to ensure product accuracy and tolerance. Perform quality assurance checks and ensure customer requirements are met. Train team members on equipment use and standard procedures. Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement process improvements. Maintain accurate ERP system entries and uphold warehouse organization. Support shipping and receiving functions (DMS only). Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. What you’ll need: High School Diploma or GED. We can help with a free GEDworks program! 3+ years of manufacturing and machining experience (band saws, lathes, trestles, mills). Strong understanding of safety regulations and ISO standards. Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometer). Basic math skills Skilled in operating forklifts, cranes, and basic tools (wood saw, pneumatic nail gun, banding equipment). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
