Build meaningful relationships with every customer, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their lives.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and recommend the best wireless products and services. Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top-notch customer experiences. Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale system. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Utilize strong phone etiquette to assist with customer inquiries and support. Stay up to date with evolving technology and promotions to provide expert advice. Resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for sales, customer service, and technology. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide the training and tools for success! Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
