Our ideal candidate loves fashion and customer service, attentive to detail and enjoys helping others. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with a friendly , warm welcome Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations Process purchases using our POS, Shopify Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Assist with and maintain inventory, restocking and merchandising Represent the boutique with professionalism and pride Meet or exceed sales goals Qualifications Previous retail experience preferred Strong communication skills A keen eye for fashion and trends Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and/or holidays Ability to work independently or part of a team
