Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Escort VIP guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas
• Handle all situations in a responsible manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a host/security or in customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic computer systems
• Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and conflict management skills

Skills:

• Law enforcement or loss prevention experience is a plus
• CPR certification or first aid training is beneficial for emergency situation If you are a friendly and customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to have you join our team as a Floor Host.
