Retail-Attendant Description:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Retail Attendant to join our team. As a Retail Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also assist customers with their purchases, answer their questions, and ensure their overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Job Description Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide accurate and helpful information about products and services Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately Restock merchandise and maintain the cleanliness and organization of shelves and displays Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of basic math for cash handling Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays $16/hour
